Below is an outline of your website with instructions on how to edit the content on each page.

Sizing and Uploading Photos

  • Uploading Photos
    Go to Admin > Site Manager > File Manager > Select _assets > Select img > Select the appropriate folder. Make sure you navigate to the correct folder per the directions for each page > Select Upload File(s) > Select the Select button > Select which file you want to upload > Select Upload > Your image is now ready to use.


Home Page Content

  • Rotating Banner Text
  • Go to Admin > Web Apps > Home Page Slider > Select the item you want to edit > Make your edits > Select update in the bottom left corner.
  • 3 Columns Text
  • Go to Admin > Web Apps> Home Page - Services > Select the item you want to edit > Make your edits > Select update in the bottom left corner.
  • Schedule a Consultation Box
  • Go to Admin > Site Manager > Content Holders > Home - 2 Column > Edit the text > Select update in the bottom left corner.
  • Recent Blog Posts
  • See Blog Post Page Content below. New blog posts and their edits will automatically be posted here when posted. 
  • Satisfied Clients
  • Go to Admin > Web Apps > Testimonials > Select Add Item in the top left corner > Put the client's name in the Item Name field, fill out their company, and type their testimonial in the Item Description field > Select Save Item at the bottom of the page. It will automatically be put into rotation and added to the Testimonials page.
  • Newsletter Sign Up Box Text
  • Go to Admin > Site Manager > Content Holders > Newsletter CTA > Edit the text > Select update in the bottom left corner.
  • Copyright Text (at bottom of page)
  • Go to Admin > Site Manager > Content Holders > _Footer > Edit copyright text at the bottom > Select update in the bottom left corner.


Services Page Content

  • Headline & Body Text
  • Go to Admin > Edit (At the top of the page in the black bar) > Navigate to the Services page > Hover over the area you want to edit with your mouse. If it turns blue, click on it. This means it is editable. > Make your edits > Select update in the bottom left corner of the pop-up window. It will close automatically > Select publish in the bottom left corner of the page.
  • Add or Edit a Service
  • Go to Admin > Web Apps > Services > Select the event you want to edit or select Add Item in the top left corner > Fill out the Item Name, Thumbnail Image, Short Description, and Page Link > Select Update or Save Item at the bottom of the page.


All Service Pages Content

  • Headline & Body Text
  • Go to Admin > Edit (At the top of the page in the black bar) > Navigate to the page you want to edit > Hover over the area you want to edit with your mouse. If it turns blue, click on it. This means it is editable. > Make your edits > Select update in the bottom left corner of the pop-up window. It will close automatically > Select publish in the bottom left corner of the page.


About Page Content

  • Headline & Body Text
  • Go to Admin > Edit (At the top of the page in the black bar) > Navigate to the About page > Hover over the area you want to edit with your mouse. If it turns blue, click on it. This means it is editable. > Make your edits > Select update in the bottom left corner of the pop-up window. It will close automatically > Select publish in the bottom left corner of the page.


Our Team Page Content

  • Edit a Team Member
  • Go to Admin > Web Apps > Our Team > Select the person you want to edit > Make your edits > Select Update in the bottom left corner.
  • Add a Team Member
  • Go to Admin > Web Apps > Our Team > Select Add Item in the top left corner > Type in the person's name in the Item Name field and fill out the rest of the fields appropriately > Type the person's bio in the Item Description box > Select Save Item at the bottom of the page.
  • Delete a Team Member
  • Go to Admin > Web Apps > Our Team > Select the person you want to delete > Select delete at the bottom of the page > A confirmation window will pop up, click OK to delete the item.


Spencer Building Maintenance Blog Page Content

  • Add a New Blog Post
  • Go to Admin > Modules > Blogs > Select the New Post button on the top left > Fill out the Post Name > Fill out the Post Content > Select appropriate Tags (To add a new one, type it in under the word Tags and hit Return > Select publish.
  • Edit a Blog Post
  • Go to Admin > Modules > Blogs > Select Edit on the right next to the post you want to edit > Make your edits > Select update in the bottom left corner. 
  • Delete a Blog Post
  • Go to Admin > Modules > Blogs > Select Delete on the right next to the post you want to delete > A confirmation window will pop up, select OK to delete the post.


Testimonials Page Content

  • Edit a Testimonial
  • Go to Admin > Web Apps> Testimonials > Select the testimonial you want to edit > Make your edits > Select Update in the bottom left corner. This will also effect the testimonial slider.
  • Add a Testimonial
  • Go to Admin > Web Apps > Testimonials > Select Add Item in the top left corner > Type in the person's name in the Item Name field and fill out the rest of the fields appropriately > Type the person's testimonial in the Item Description box > Select Save Item at the bottom of the page. This will also effect the testimonial slider.
  • Delete a Testimonial
  • Go to Admin > Web Apps > Testimonials > Select the testimonial you want to delete > Select delete at the bottom of the page > A confirmation window will pop up, click OK to delete the item. This will also effect the testimonial slider.


Contact Page Content

  • Contact Information
  • Go to Admin > Site Manager > Pages > Contact > Make your edits > Select Update in the bottom left corner.
