Emergency Response

We plan for the unplanned.  We'll respond, within minutes, with a trained and equipped team to handle the problem.

Our district utility teams are augmented by floater trucks and staff, ready to respond to anything.  Unlike other firms that must use previously committed staff to handle your need, and may take  hours to respond, our clients receive prompt response.  No client suffers a service deficiency when an emergency arises at another client location.

Does your emergency stem from flood?   Broken doors and windows?   Roof cave-ins?   Broken pipes?  Sewage overflows?  Break-ins and theft?  Mild fire, smoke and water damage?   Give us a call --- we can help!

"We give Spencer the impossible.  For example, a contractor spilled hydraulic fluid on a terrazzo floor.  The contractor 'cleaned' it up with phosphoric acid, which compounded the problem, as the acid etched the imported tiles.  The contractor was looking at a $100,000 repair, with only one week to our grand opening.    I called Spencer.  They explained what had to be done, the time it would take, gave an estimate for repairs and set about correcting our problem like it was the only one they were dealing with.  They were done before our opening, under budget, and the oil and acid-etching were undetectable.   We had a brand new floor again.  The contractor, and our company, were extremely relieved…to say the least."    Bridget, Property Manager, Sacramento
